Dura Pump

THE PROBLEM

Dura Pump needed to create a repairs workshop within their main warehouse, so their pump repair specialists could work in a temperature-controlled environment and could contain any dust created during pump repairs to prevent contamination and damage to stored goods.

THE SOLUTION

Durascreen^® was recommended in our PX1000 fabric in grey for a permanent screen to contain dust and control temperature.

Features included to meet their specific need:

Dust tight V-overlap joining system to contain dust.
Durascreen^® curtain on Nylon runners for easy closure of a large opening provided for materials movement.
2 Pedestrian doors for easy movement of pedestrians through walling.
Foam in-fills across head of the screen to ensure a dust-tight seal.
Double Skin insulated steel partition formed the bottom 1200mm of the wall, so air lines and power trunking could easily be fastened to the walling.
