THE CHALLENGE

Fortescue Zero needed a dust containment wall within their factory so that they could begin the production of batteries whilst continuing civil and building works in another area of the factory over a period of months.

THE SOLUTION

Durascreen^® was recommended in PX 1000 for containment of dust.

Features included to meet specific need:

Inbuilt 10T wind restraint straps.
Foam infills between purlins to ensure containment of dust, fumes, and odours.
3x rapid doors to enable free movement of forklift trucks and materials.
3x pedestrian doors adjacent to the rapid doors to enable safe passage of pedestrians via pedestrian walkways.
A dual colour screen was requested for aesthetic purposes with a blue base and white to the ceiling.
