THE PROBLEM

Loudspeaker technologies needed to separate their manufacturing facilities which included processes that produced dust from the remainder of their warehouse structure, where they were storing finished goods to ensure that finished goods were not contaminated.

They were looking for a cost-effective dust-tight wall.

THE SOLUTION

Durascreen was used in our PX1000 fabric to create a floor-to-ceiling wall in grey to match existing building features. Specific features included to meet Loudspeaker Technologie’s needs:

2 doorways, one for pedestrian access and one for materials movement.
PVC strip curtains over doorways to contain dust, fumes and odours.
Durascreen’s unique dust-tight v-join system
