THE PROBLEM

Menzies needed 2 enclosures installed within a short period of time to surround floor slab repairs inside a warehouse used for storage of food products.

THE SOLUTION

Durascreen flexible partitioning was recommended in PX 1000 material.

Features included to meet specific need:

• Our unique V-join joining system to ensure a dust tight seal between walls.
• Foam infills between the partition and roof panels to create a further dust tight seal where the screen met the roof panelling.
• PVC Strip curtains within door framed openings to allow easy movements of plant (dumpers /excavators)
• ‘Roll up’ panels with Velcro seams to allow large openings for occasional use – for access for cement mixing trucks.

Installation duration: 10 Days
Size: 2 walls created to surround civil works.
The first wall formed a 5-sided enclosure of 79m perimeter with heights up to 15m.
The second wall formed a 3-sided enclosure of 67m perimeter with heights up to 12.2m.
