THE CHALLENGE

OPmobility needed to keep their paint load area clean and sealed to stop dust and contaminants from affecting production quality. Since even small amounts of dirt could ruin painted parts, maintaining a controlled environment was essential.

However, the space wasn’t fully enclosed – gaps around the ‘transtocker’ allowed dust to get in, and the positive air pressure system wasn’t enough to keep it out. To solve this, they needed a stronger walling solution to properly isolate the paint area and protect it from airborne contamination.

THE SOLUTION

Our Durascreen^® product was recommended in PX1000 in a translucent colour, to match the previous install, and allow for use in tight corners.
