THE CHALLENGE

Pyronix needed help controlling temperatures within their factory and creating zones to facilitate manufacturing processes and storage.

There were also various print rooms and research and development rooms that required soundproofing and insulation.

THE SOLUTION

Two of our systems were recommended to help with their requirements. Durascreen flexible partitioning was recommended to contain temperatures within certain zones inside their factory and Durasteel Double Skin Steel Partitioning was recommended to create modular offices within the same factory to keep sound insulated.

Features included to meet specific need:

• Bespoke fabric walling to contain temperatures in certain areas.
• Dust tight V-overlap joining system to contain dust.
• Foam in-fills across head of the screen to ensure a dust-tight seal.
• Self-supporting suspended ceiling over offices/inspection rooms.
• Double skin insulated steel partitioning to contain noise.
