THE CHALLENGE

Waddington Europe needed to contain dust and heat that is being generated by an additional plastic granulator machine, as the excess heat was affecting other processes within their factory.

THE SOLUTION

Durascreen^® was recommended in our PX1000 material to contain dust and help the cooling system in the area to work more effectively.

Features included to meet specific need:

• A roll-up panel for occasional use and for maintenance tasks involving large plant and machinery.
• PX1000 was recommended in translucent for a durable long-lasting partition that allows light to pass through to prevent the area needing more services such as lighting.
• Clear vision panels were included to allow a clear line of sight into the granulator process area.
• A PVC strip curtain opening was included to contain dust whilst allowing free movement of forklift trucks and other equipment into the granulator process area.
